Aiming at a partnership of respect and trust, we created the Exchange and Return Policy, based on the Consumer Defense Code.

Upon receipt of the product, refuse receipt and contact the e-mail rksciencefactory@gmail.com, if you notice any of the situations below:
- product damaged in transport;
- violated packaging;
- product not in accordance with the order.

Repentance

According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, in purchases made outside the commercial establishment, the consumer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days to regret the purchase and communicate the withdrawal to the supplier.
Requests to withdraw from the purchase will be accepted provided that:
a) be made by contacting the e-mail rksciencefactory@gmail.com, within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the product;
b) the merchandise is returned to RK Science Factory, in its original packaging (internal), without having been reused.
The right of repentance leads to the cancellation of the purchase and, just as the consumer is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, the supplier is entitled to receive the product intact, in a condition to be sold again, with no indication of use or damage being admitted. of product.

malfunction

If the product is damaged during transport, refuse receipt and contact the email rksciencefactory@gmail.com within 72 hours.

Defective product

Within a period of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the product, the exchange/return procedure will follow the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.
Products with manufacturing defects will undergo a technical evaluation and if the defect is found in the batch, we will exchange or refund the value.

Reimbursement of values

The amount paid by the customer for the product and its shipping will be refunded according to the payment method used in the purchase, and provided that the other conditions applicable to the case described in this policy are observed. In the case of partial return of the order, the freight to be returned will be proportional.
